Allied Hygiene recognizes that in order to not only manufacture consistently high quality products but to ensure services are also provided which give total customer satisfaction, a Quality Management System is key to guarantee on-time deliveries, zero-defects and manage a process of Continuous Improvement.
This Quality Management system applies not only to our in-house manufacture which encompasses slitting, rewinding and perforating parent reels through to chemical mixing of formulas, filling on-line and packaging/labelling of products, but also to the complete supply chain of non-wovens, packaging and chemicals ingredients used in our formulations.
Allied Hygiene has operated this system under the British Retail Consortium Accreditation (BRC) due to its presence within the Retail market sector and the stringent requirements placed on the supply chain to ensure full product traceability.
Recently Allied has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and moving forwards, this Quality Management System will form the basis of the processes and systems in place to ensure the delivery of consistent high quality products and services and the framework for ensuring both Company and customer objectives are met.
In addition to the ISO accreditation, Allied works to ensure compliance with other statutory legal and corporate requirements and to comply with important changes in both handling and registration issues for chemical products.
Two key areas are that of REACH and Biocides Products Directive (BPD).
